Major Changes Since Demo Version
- 3rd person controls (moved from top-down)
- PS/Xbox/generic controller support
- Blink/teleport
- "gold mine" and combat currency system
- Radial tier-based building upgrade & menu
- Moved from modular buildings to artifact system for playability
- Physics-based movement for both player and enemies
- Expanded play area from single area to randomized "roguelite" progression system through 6 arenas/biomes
- Ranged & teleporting enemies
- Shield mechanic
- Camera collision/avoidance
- Splash page, credits
- KS backer skins, statues, powerups.
- Combined damage & physics based combat (from physics-only)
- 3 new boss types, 8 new enemy types
- Enemy spawning system avoids spawning away from player
- Tutorial area
- New class of melee-range towers
- Combined healing, shield, and gold (soul) towers into one class
- End-game stats
Planned Fixes / Known Issues
- Camera obstacle avoidance gets stuck occasionally when moving instantly from full upward gaze to full downward gaze, updates when hitting an obstacle or jumping.
- Cursor disappears sometimes or moves off-center when switching back and forth from keyboard input to controller, forcing player to click or open menu/shop UI to get cursor to reappear.
- Random obstacles can sometimes spawn in front of and block enemy spawn locations despite being marked as no-spawn zones. allowing easier-than-intended victory unless player destroys the obstacle.
- General economy/combat balancing
